Photo Upload Guidelines
To ensure a beautiful final product, please follow these tips when uploading your image:
- High Resolution: 1500×1500 pixels minimum (300 DPI recommended)
- Good Lighting: Natural light is best; avoid heavy shadows
- Clear Image: No blurs, filters, or pixelation
- Well-Composed: Subject should be fully visible, with minimal distractions in the background
- Accepted Formats: JPG, PNG, or PDF
If your image doesn’t meet our engraving standards, we’ll reach out before processing your order.

When you choose any of this products, please:
- Choose the size if you are choosing a portrait
- Upload your photo
- Enter the name of the organization you’re supporting
- Add product (s) to the cart and checkout
- Select delivery method:
- Pick up at our Torrance shop
