Shipping Rates
Pelspiral.com ships using USPS, FedEx and various trucking lines. Rates for USPS and FedEx
shipments are available online during the checkout process. If your order requires truck
shipment, rates will be quoted when placing your order with our office. If special services are
required, including (but not limited to) inside delivery, liftgate services, residential delivery,
white glove service, etc, then additional shipping and handling fees will apply.
Transit Times
Orders are generally shipped the same day, if placed before 12PM (PST), and if order is in stock.
Transit times will vary with each delivery company.
Product Availability
Product availability is subject to change. You will be notified no later than the following
business day of any back-orders or cancellations.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax in California. However, if you are a reseller, or tax
exempt please call (310) 530-7145 in order to provide required documentation.
Equipment Warranties
All equipment warranties are limited to the original manufacturer’s warranties prevailing at the
time of the purchase.
